§ 1 Prices
All prices are retail and including taxes. Valid are the current prices at the moment of your order, which are confirmed by an automatically generated e-mail which is being sent to you. All prices are subject to possible (minor) changes due to currency fluctuations in the overseas-trading business or short-termed price changes by our producers and importers which may occur from time to time. However, our prices are updated permanently. The total value is due net directly with confirming your order.
§ 2 Confirmation
After having sent your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation by e-mail. Please check if everything is correct and contact us immediately in case of discrepancies or questions.
§ 6 Payment
There are following possibilities for your payment:
· Creditcard ("Kreditkarte"; "Carte de Credit"). We accept VISA, Mastercard (formerly Europcard) and American Express. We will need your card-number and the date of expiry of the card. Also, we will need the three-figure security-PIN which is printed on the back of the card, behind the repeated card number.
· Pre-payment: "Vorausüberweisung" Despite the automatically generated confirmation e-mail to your order by our Internet-Shop, please wait with your payment until we have sent you all invoice details in a separate e-mail, or by letter, or fax.
§ 7 Payment from foreign countries
We highly recommend payments from foreign countries by creditcard (VISA or American Express), since this is the easiest and least costly method. The second possibility is pre-payment ("Vorausüberweisung" - see above).
§ 8 Delivery
We send out your order as fast as possible. The delivery time for items in stock is usually between 3 - 7 days. We ask for your appreciated patience in case of any delays.Please see the delivery dates on product pages.
§ 9 Right of return
We are happy and do our best to find your full satisfaction with our products. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. In such a case, we guarantee you the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, beginning with the day on which you receive your order.
Besides that, in any case, we will apply European law:
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for downloaded products. We ask you understanding that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of videos, DVDs, audio-CDs, where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel or return your purchase within our guaranteed 14-days-period, or within the seven-working-day period, please contact us under:

If not agreed with you otherwise, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it (them) to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a registered-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 40 EUR. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
As soon as we receive the returned item(s), or your notice of your cancellation of your order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item, provided it has been charged and paid already.
In case of an error, damage or defect, we will also refund the item's normal postage charge. Please understand that we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
§ 11 Setteling of account / keeping back payments
In case of complaints or claims of the customer the customer is only empowered to set off values or invoices against other values or invoices, as well as keeping back payments, if we have explicitly agreed, or if any claims have been legally confirmed.
§ 12 Finalizing the contract / stepping back
Simcockpitshop(SG-PC-SERVICE) has the right of stepping back from a contract finalized through the Internet, if any well-evaluated suspicion occurs as a result of the details of the customer or in case if its non-conformal behaviour (violation of contract), as well as in a case of danger that the customer will not follow its contractual obligations.
Simcockpitshop(SG-PC-SERVICE) has the right of stepping back from a contract in case of mistakes in writings or calculations. There are no claims towards the customer/buyer following from such cases.
§ 13 Ownership
All delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims within the business-relations, including any additional claims. The buyer is not empowered to pawn the goods, nor to transfer the goods as a form of material security to any third party.
§ 14 Taking down delivery / transition of danger
The customer is obliged to take down the delivery. The danger of any accidental damage or deterioration is transfered to the customer at the very moment of taking down the delivery. If the customer refuses taking down the delivery, the danger of any accidental damage or deterioration is transfered to the sender at this very moment of the customers refusal.
§ 15 Copyright
Reprint or photomechanical duplication of any pictures and texts in our shop, in any kind, also as excerpts, require our explicit written approval.
§ 16 Court jurisdiction
Court jurisdiction for all lawful relations is 73565 Spraitbach, Germany.
§ 17 Other conditions
In case of any punctual contradiction to these conditions of use with possibly existing buying conditions of the buyer, the existing legal requirements are taken as point of reference. Parts of these conditions of use free of any contradictions are not touched by this regulation.
